Posting an Item

  1. Login to the site using your username and password.
  2. Go to "My Items" Click on Add New Product/Add New Service.
  3. Enter item details including cPoint value. Refer to Posting Guidelines for help
  4. Enter shipping preference or delivery type
  5. You can upload up to three images to help market your item

Received Offers

When you receive an offer, you have the option of accepting or declining the offer (neither of which can be reversed), or shortlisting the offer. You must accept the first offer that is equivalent to your requested cPoint value. When you shortlist an offer, you elevate the priority of the offer and the likelihood of it being accepted. This helps you to create and select from a "short list" of offers that are the best ones. The consumer will receive notification that their offer has been shortlisted.

Placing an Offer

  1. Browse items by category, keyword, geographic location, or provider.
  2. Click on the item for which you would like to place an offer under "My Offer".
  3. Enter the number of cPoints or item(s) which you have posted or a combination of the two that you would like to offer for the item.
  4. Click "Save"

Offers Placed

To see the status of offers placed, click on "View Details" in the My Offers box on your home page
